Protocols:
50:10 Classic | 115 BPM | 25:25: 50 seconds work / 10 seconds rest x 6. 30 seconds rest. Repeat for 4 rounds.
Target Zone | 125 BPM | 24:51: 2 minutes work x 5 / 30 seconds rest. Repeat for 10 rounds.
Cardio Resist | 132/142 BPM | 28:21: 30 seconds resistance work / 30 seconds cardio work x 3. 30 seconds rest. Repeat for 6 rounds.
Summer Intervals also includes a 10 minute Warm Up Mix and a 5 minute Cool Down mix to start and end your session!
