Intervals 1 by MX Fit delivers a series of timed intervals with vocal prompts, perfect for HiiT and other intervals classes!
Protocols:
80s 50/10 Intervals | 128 BPM | 25:11: 50 seconds work / 10 seconds rest x 6. 30 seconds rest. Repeat for 4 rounds.
70s LiiT | 128 BPM | 19:38: 60 seconds work / 15 seconds rest x 3. Repeat for 6 rounds.
Girl Power HiiT | 136 BPM | 24:56: 2 minutes work / 30 seconds rest. Repeat for 4 rounds.
Intervals 1 also includes a 10 minute Warm Up Mix and a 5 minute Cool Down mix to start and end your session!
