Every Minute On The Minute | 144 BPM | 23:22: 1 minute work x 5 / 1 minute rest. Repeat for 4 rounds.
20:10 | 144 BPM | 28:21: 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest x 8. 1 minute rest. Repeat for 6 rounds.
Intervals 4 also includes a 10 minute Warm Up Mix and a 5 minute Cool Down mix to start and end your session!
