Protocols:
4 Brix Workout | 152 BPM | 17:06 : 45 seconds work x 4. 30 seconds rest. Repeat for 5 rounds
Cardio Resist 4 Workout | 160/128 BPM | 31:21 : 45 seconds Cardio @ 160 BPM / 45 seconds Resistance @ 128 BPM x 4. 30 seconds rest. Repeat for 5 rounds.
Mega Blast | 176 BPM | 15:23 : 10 seconds work / 5 seconds rest x 8. 30 seconds rest. Repeat for 6 rounds.
Intervals 3 also includes a 10 minute Warm Up Mix and a 5 minute Cool Down mix to start and end your session!
