Intervals 2 by MX Fit delivers a series of timed intervals with vocal prompts, perfect for HiiT and other intervals classes!
Protocols:
Tabata | 144 BPM | 28:21 : 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest x 8. 1 minute rest. Repeat for 6 rounds.
Cardio Resist 45 | 128/152 BPM | 37:33: 45 seconds Cardio @ 152 BPM / 45 seconds Resistance @ 128 BPM x 6. 30 seconds rest. Repeat for 4 rounds.
Accumulator 30 | 128 BPM | 27:24: 30 seconds work / 30 seconds rest. 30:30 seconds work / 30 seconds rest etc. 6 exercises up and down with 1 minute rest at the top.
Intervals 2 also includes a 10 minute Warm Up Mix and a 5 minute Cool Down mix to start and end your session!
